i lost my bag in the room and they called me back!!! they gave me my bag back which was great. the room was very clean and it had everything i needed and more. the location was ideal for the tottenham hotspur stadium, just what i needed after traveling a long distance.

the door to the room didn't lock from the inside, that was worrying! the radiator was broken. it made noises straight out of a horror movie, i had to turn its knob a few times for it to stop. the couch and bed were both cut up.
